TY KU Ninja Getaway Contest

Eligibility : TY KU Ninja Getaway Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The TY KU Ninja Getaway Contest begins on May 20, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.trytyku.com/ninja and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada; winner will receive ground transportation between hotel upon arrival; one (1) Ninja Kit gift bag – including apparel from Afflication and TY KU for two (2) people; VIP treatment for two (2) upon arrival (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00.

Winners : A Winners’ list will be available at www.trytyku.com/winners commencing approximately 2 weeks after the close of the contest, for approximately 16 weeks. In addition, the “Winners’ list” and these Official Rules and Regulations are also available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope marked “TY KU Ninja Getaway” to TY KU 381 Park Avenue South, Suite 1015, New York, NY 10016; RE: Request for Winners’ List or Request for Competition Rules.
