Ultimate Game Day Giveaway

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Entrants who are 18 but have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (“Minors”), must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes

Promotion Period : Commences at 8:00 AM CT on September 6, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on November 27, 2011

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: There will be five (5) Grand Prize Winners (hereinafter defined). Each Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest of Grand Prize Winner (“Guest”), to Indianapolis (“Destination”) to attend the big football game, currently scheduled to take place on February 5, 2012 but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,500; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination, with an ARV of $550; and (iii) four (4) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $2,800, and (iv) two (2) tickets to the big football game, with an ARV of $5,700

First Place Prize: There will be ten (10) First Place Winners (hereinafter defined). Each First Place Winner will receive one (1) $500 Dave & Buster’s gift card.

Winner List : All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the names of the Winners must be made by January 27, 2012. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules. For the name of the Winners and/or Official Rules: (i) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Marketing Arm Inc., Attention: “The Ultimate Game Day Giveaway”, #140, 233 Rock Road, Glen Rock, NJ 07452; and (ii) write “Winners List” and/or “Official Rules” on the lower left hand corner of the envelope.
