Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 1/9/13.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. (midnight) PT on 1/10/13 and ends 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) PT on 2/1/13 (“Promotion Period”).

Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA and tickets to sit in the bleachers next to the red carpet arrival area at the 85th Academy Awards on February 24, 2013 (“Trip”). Grand Prize Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA from an airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles area hotel (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation between Los Angeles airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to the bleacher section next to the red carpet arrival area at the 85th Academy Awards; $300.00 cash or cash equivalent gift card for Trip (i.e. gift card to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; gift card is subject to terms and conditions thereon); and an Oscars gift bag consisting of the 2013 Program and Oscars merchandise such as a hat and sweatshirt (specific items in gift bag to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
