Ultimate Racing Fan Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  Open to legal residents of the following participating designated market areas (DMAs): Memphis, TN; Nashville, TN; Phoenix, AZ; each, a “Market”, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or 19 in NE and AL).

Promotion Period :  From 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 16, 2013 through 11:59 p.m. ET on October 6, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per email address and per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be two (2) Grand Prizes (“Grand Prizes”) awarded and three (3) runner-up Prizes (“Runner-up Prizes”) awarded.

Each Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a Trip for two (2) (Winner and one guest selected by Winner, the “Guest”) to the Advocare 500 Sprint Cup Race in Phoenix, AZ, on Sunday, November 10, 2013 including the following:
Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) to Phoenix, AZ;
Mid-size car rental for the duration of stay, to be picked up and returned at Phoenix Skyharbor International Airport, including unlimited mileage, loss/damage waiver, insurance and hotel parking, and subject to detailed rules below;
Two (2) night hotel accommodations at the Palomar Phoenix CityScape, a Kimpton hotel, double occupancy;
Dinner for two (2) at The Arrogant Butcher in Phoenix, AZ (or restaurant of equal caliber, subject to change at discretion of Sponsor, pending availability);

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Each Grand Prize package is five thousand five hundred and twenty-five dollars and no cents ($5,525.00).

There will be a total of three (3) Runner-up Prizes awarded, one (1) from each participating Market.  After the selection of the Grand Prize Winners, each Runner-up winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received within each participating Market, and will receive one (1) Apple iPad mini 16GB  Wi-Fi Tablet , with an ARV of $329.00.  Total Value of all Runner-up Prizes is $987.00
