Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:01:01 PM (ET) on December 29, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on January 22, 2012

Limit : Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two to New York City which includes: (i) round trip economy class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) from a major gateway in the 48 contiguous United States near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to NYC, (ii) round trip transportation to/from airport via private sedan including meet and greet service, (iii) two (2) night hotel accommodations at Night Hotel (or similar) which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (iv) $50 towards meal and beverages at Nightlife, (v), two (2) tickets for a 90 minute “Underworld” Tour of haunted sites, (vi), two (2) tickets for a 20 minute evening helicopter ride above the city, (vii), Photographer for two(2) hours to document a night out around NY famous landmarks and (viii) dinner at Robert Restaurant and (ix) $300.00 spending money. (the “Grand Prize”).

First Prizes (3): Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) Underworld Trilogy: The Essential Collection Blu-ray™ Set which Includes Three Exclusive Underworld: Endless War Anime Shorts and Two Movie Tickets to see Underworld: Awakening, in Theaters January 20th. (the “First Prizes” and, together with the Grand Prize, the “Prizes”)
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,835.00 and the ARV of each First Prize is $49.99.
