Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older at time of entry (“entrants”).

Promotion Period : Begins on February 7, 2012 at 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on May 31, 2012 at 8:59 p.m. PT

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per day.

Prize (s) :

(1) Grand Prize: A five (5) day/four (4) night VIP trip that will take place sometime between July 2012 – September 2012 for winner and one (1) guest to attend a Jo Dee Messina Summer Concert (“Concert”) in the 48 contiguous United States. Trip consists of coach air transportation from major airport closest to winner’s residence to major city near concert location (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), standard accommodations (one room – double occupancy) for four (4) nights, transfers to and from airport and hotel, two (2) tickets to Concert, a private supervised meet and greet with Jo Dee Messina for Winner and guest (which will take place either before or after Concert) [subject to her availability and professional commitments; Grand Prize winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate manner; other restrictions apply to meet and greet] and $500 spending money.  Winner will also receive a check for $5,000.  Grand Prize ARV: $12,700.
