Eligibility : THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”). YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER THE CONTEST, BUT TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (one [1] will be awarded):  The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip (“Trip”) for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to Huntington Beach, CA (“CA”) between 8/6/10 and before 8/8/2010. The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area, nearest the winner’s hometown to Orange County airport (“Airport”) selected by Sponsor, (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Huntington Beach area hotel (“Hotel”) selected by Sponsor (“Hotel”), (iii) VIP passes to exclusive Hurley events (iv)a $100 Visa gift card, and (v) a Hurley Prize pack.Specific air carrier(s) and other Trip specifics detailed above are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000.

Two (2) second place winners will be randomly selected to each receive a pair of Hurley Phantom boardshorts, t-shirt, and $25 gift certificate redeemable at http://www.surffanatics.com/.
