Valpak Next Food Network Star Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, at time of entry and to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (ET) on April 26, 2010 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on June 11, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The following prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to New York City to attend the 2010 New York City Wine & Food Festival from October 7-10, 2010. Trip consists of two (2) round-trip coach class tickets for air transportation from the major hub airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home to New York City, two (2) roundtrip airport transfers to and from hotel in New York City, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights in New York City (one room, double-occupancy; location to be determined by Promotional Partner in its sole discretion), admission for two (2) days (four (4) total tickets) to the 2010 New York City Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting, admission for one day (two (2) total tickets) to the Demo by Bobby Flay at the 2010 New York City Wine & Food Festival, and $500.00 USD spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is four-thousand, two-hundred and seventy dollars ($4,270.00).

First Prizes: Twenty-five (25) first prize winners (“First Prize Winners”) will receive one (1) “Giada At Home” cookbook. ARV of each First Prize is thirty-five dollars ($35.00).

Indicate whether you are requesting the name of the Winners, or a copy of these Official Rules, or any combination of the foregoing. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage for rules.
