Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begin at 12:01 a.m. (ET) on June 27, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on August 12, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion will receive a 3 day/2 night trip to New York, New York (the “Grand Prize”). Trip consists of two (2) round-trip coach class tickets for air transportation from the major hub airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor and/or Promotional Partner in their sole discretion) to New York, New York, hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double-occupancy; location to be determined by Promotional Partner in its sole discretion), and $3,500.00 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).

Winner List : To request the name and hometown of the Grand Prize Winner (available after September 19, 2011), an official mail-in entry form and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to The Valpak “Shop in New York City” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 13428, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, Attn: Promotions Department. Indicate whether you are requesting the name of the Grand Prize Winner, or a copy of these Official Rules, or any combination of the foregoing. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage for rules and/or official mail-in entry forms.
