Eligibility : The Verizon Wireless NHL Winter Classic TXT2WIN Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the participant’s state of residence at the time of entry, and who are Verizon Wireless subscribers.

Promotion Period : The Verizon Wireless NHL Winter Classic TXT2WIN Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on December 1, 2008 and ends on December 22, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one online entry per person/per household/per email address regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address.

Prize (s):

One Grand Prize Package shall consist of: One (1) 2-night/3-day trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest to attend the NHL Winter Classic Game scheduled to be held in Chicago, Illinois on January 1, 2009 (“Game”). The trip includes round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home to Chicago, IL; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations at the Intercontinental Hotel (one standard room, double occupancy) as determined by the Sponsor; two (2) tickets to the NHL Winter Classic open practice on December 31, 2008; two (2) tickets to New Year’s Eve Party at the House of Blues; two (2) tickets to the NHL Winter Classic game on January 1, 2009; and two (2) NHL $500 Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package: $4,206.00
