Eligibility : The Verizon Wireless Summer Nightastic Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents whose primary residence is in ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA COLORADO, HAWAII, IDAHO, MONTANA, NEVADA, NEW MEXICO, OREGON, TEXAS (City of El Paso only), UTAH, WASHINGTON, or WYOMING, who are Verizon Wireless subscribers in good standing prior to May 22, 2009, and are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : Verizon Wireless Summer Nightastic Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM PDT on May 22, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on August 27, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period.”)

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be chosen on or about June 2, 2009 and will receive:
One (1) night in the Disneyland® Dream Suite, including VIP viewing for the FANTASMIC! show, for winner and up to (five) 5 guests. ARV: $539.00;
Three (3) nights  in a standard room (maximum two (2) rooms) at a hotel at the Disneyland® Resort for winner and up to five (5) guests. ARV: $1,620.00;

Winners : The names of the winners may be obtained after August 28, 2009 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Verizon Wireless Summer Nightastic Sweepstakes Official Rules Request” c/o Vibes Media, 205 West Wacker Drive, 19th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606. Requests for winners’ names must be received by September 31, 2009.
