Eligibility : Open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on January 14, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 28, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Prize (s) :

One [1] Grand Prize(s) and one hundred [100] First Prize(s) will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a Trip for two to New York City February 11-13, 2011. One (1) winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) people to New York City, including round-trip coach air transportation between a major commercial airport nearest winner’s home and New York City; hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (one room) for two (2) nights; one (1) Pocket-sized Snapp Mini Camcorder (APRV $50.00), one (1) $150 Payless ShoeSource Gift Card, and two (2) tickets to Lela Rose’s runway show. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize $2,400.
