Virgin America Stay Golden America Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Virgin America Stay Golden America Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of California who are at least eighteen (21) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products or services for the purposes of entering this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The Virgin America Stay Golden America Sweepstakes begins on October 26, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 6, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.staygoldenamerica.com (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to register for the Sweepstakes.

Limit : You will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for every vote your Submission receives during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:A trip for winner and up to ten (10) guests on an inaugural Virgin America flight to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for winner and up to ten (10) guests from either San Francisco, CA or Los Angeles, CA (winner’s choice) to Fort Lauderdale, FL; two (2) nights accommodations in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (six (6) single rooms, each double occupancy); admission to the Virgin America inaugural launch party; and roundtrip transfers between airport and hotel. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12,000.
