Visa Super Bowl XLIX Sweepstakes : The Super Bowl experience of a lifetime

Here’s How To Enter.
There are two (2) ways to enter:

1) If you are a Visa cardholder: You will automatically receive one (1) entry for each eligible Visa purchase made during the Promotional Period at a participating merchant location in the U.S.

2) If you are not a Visa cardholder: Hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code) on a 3″ x 5″ card, and mail, in a #10 envelope with postage affixed, to: Visa Super Bowl XLIX Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 706, Plainview, NY 11803-0706. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/01/14 and received by 12/08/14 in order to be eligible. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the drawing and must be mailed in a separate postmarked-and-stamped envelope.

Limit.
You can enter as often as you wish by U.S. Mail.

Timing.
Use your Visa card from September 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014 to be automatically entered. As mentioned above, you can also enter by U.S. Mail during the same promotion period.

Eligibility.
In order to participate in the Visa Super Bowl XLIX Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who is at least 18 years of age or older as of September 1, 2014.

Prize Details.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people to Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, AZ, from 1/29/15–2/2/15. Prize includes the follwoing :

• two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIX,
• round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s home,
• transportation to/from airport and hotel and all scheduled activities,
• hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy),
• a meet and greet event with an NFL player,
• postgame celebration experience,
• an opportunity to attend the head coaches’ press conference,
• a $500 Visa Gift Card
• $4,165 awarded in the form of a check that can be used toward the payment of taxes associated with the prize

Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $13,415.
