Walking Dead Giveaway

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (excluding Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of their entry

Promotion Period : The Walking Dead Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 4:00:00 pm Central Time (“CT”) on October 22, 2010 and ends at 8:59:59 am CT on November 22, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes one time only throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

“Grand Prize” (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Comic Con International 2011 in San Diego, CA. The Grand Prize trip package will consist of (a) roundtrip air transportation for two (2) from the major gateway airport nearest to the winner’s home, to a major gateway airport near San Diego; (b) three (3) nights of standard double occupancy hotel accommodations; (c) two (2) weekend pass tickets to Comic Con International; and (d) one (1) copy of The Walking Dead Comic book #1. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is two thousand three hundred and twenty one dollars ($2,321) USD.

“First Prizes” (2): Two (2) First Prize winners will each receive; (a) one (1) copy of Fallout New Vegas (compatible for their choice of either Play Station 3 or Xbox); (b) (1) copy of Call of Duty Black Ops (compatible for their choice of either Play Station 3 or Xbox); and (c) one (1) copy of The Walking Dead Comic book #1. ARV of each First Prize is ($131.00) USD.

“Runner Up” (7): Seven (7) Runner Up Prize winners will each receive one (1) copy of The Walking Dead Comic book #1. ARV of each Runner Up prize is ($11.00) USD
