Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia, 6 years of age or older prior to 7/3/08. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/3/08 & ends at 11:59:59AM ET on 8/14/08 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit (1) entry (online or Form) per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip to New York City for winner & up to (3) three guests including a 2008 NY Yankees™ regular season home game designated by Sponsor & the opportunity to meet Derek Jeter. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from the nearest major airport to winner’s residence in the U.S., (2) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (room & tax only), (4) tickets to the designated game, & ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$4,200)
