Eligibility : Win a Luxury Experience with Alicia Keys Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, and not a minor in their state of residence, at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Win a Luxury Experience with Alicia Keys Sweepstakes begins on 10/31/08 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 11/12/08 at 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address during the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

ONE GRAND PRIZE: A trip for a verified winner and one (1) verified travel guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY for a semi–private concert with Alicia Keys (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize includes: round–trip coach air transportation from a major commercial gateway airport near winner’s residence within the United States to New York, NY; three (3) days/two (2) nights of hotel accommodations which includes one (1) hotel room with double occupancy in a deluxe suite at a luxury hotel in New York, NY; roundtrip ground transportation transfers to/from airport/hotel/semi–private concert venue/shopping spree; two (2) tickets for a semi–private concert with Alicia Keys; one (1) dinner for two (2) to be selected by Sponsor; a one thousand dollar ($1000) gift card to Intermix which includes a personal shopper experience for three (3) hours; and $500 US in spending money payable to the winner in the form of a check.
