Eligibility : Open only to persons, who are, as of Entry, 8 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., excluding Maine residents younger than 18, (collectively, “Territory”)

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., April 5, 2010, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., May 16, 2010 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per person/Cell/Address per day

Prize (s):

A four (4) day / three (3) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to see a taping on the set (“Set”) of the “Wizards of Waverly Place” (“Taping”), and to visit Disneyland ® (“Park Experience”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [2] 1-Day Park Hopper® tickets for admission to Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure® Park; [3] hotel/Taping transfers; [4] hotel/Park Experience transfers; [5] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel; [6] airport/hotel transfers; [7] one (1) LG EnV Touch 3G multimedia device valued at $300; [7] one (1) year of Verizon wireless service (up to a maximum of $1,500) [8] one (1) year of Verizon’s Mobile magic application valued at $20, and [9] $500 spending money.
