World of Zoo Sweepstakes

Eligibility : World of Zoo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old, except for residents of Maine who must be at least eighteen (18) years old, at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The World of Zoo Sweepstakes begins on November 25, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://thq.promo.eprize.com/worldofzoo (the “Entry Site”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the entry registration. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Only one (1) entry per person and e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period will be accepted.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to San Diego, CA (“Trip”). Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport nearest winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA; three (3) nights accommodations (2 nights at hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, quad occupancy rooms, and 1 night premium tent accommodations through the Roar and Snore Package), rental car for length of stay (Sponsor will determine make and model of rental car in its sole discretion); four (4) tickets to the Roar and Snore, Wild Animal Park (terms and conditions apply); four (4) 5-day passes to the San Diego Zoo (terms and conditions apply); and $560 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,785.

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: A “World of Zoo” video game (specific manufacturers, models and technical specifications and platforms of prizes are subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion). ARV: $39.99.
