Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PST on September 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on October 17, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/per email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two (2) to the MLS Cup in Toronto, Canada on November 21, 2010. The prize includes round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest from a major airport nearest the winner’s home to Toronto, Canada; two nights hotel accommodation (one room/double occupancy); ground transportation to/from the airport to the hotel, two VIP Pre-game and game tickets and $250 spending money. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $2,250.00.

Ten (10) First Prizes: a signed MLS jersey. Autographs will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV: $250 each.

Winner List : For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped, #10 envelope to: Xbox MLS Cup Sweepstakes Winner List Request, P.O. Box 324, Lombard, IL 60148-0324. Winner List will be sent when the Sweepstakes is over and the prize is awarded. Requests for Winner Lists must be received by 1/17/10.
