Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least eighteen (18)) as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on June 28, 2011 at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM ET

Prize (s) :

Weekly Prize: One thousand (1,000) Weekly Winners (two hundred (200) Weekly Winners per Weekly Drawing – see schedule in Section 4 chart above) will each receive one (1) XFINITY On Demand Viewing Kit containing the following items: one (1) XFINITY branded popcorn bowl; one (1) single pack of microwave popcorn; two (2) bags of candy (exact items to be determined by Sponsor); and one (1) XFINITY On Demand “Movie On Us”, to be distributed in the form of a mail-in rebate valid for a five dollars and ninety nine cent ($5.99) account credit (subject to certain terms and conditions. “Movie On Us” offer expires April 1, 2012). To redeem the XFINITY On Demand “Movie On Us” account credit, follow the instructions on the back of the rebate form. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date the rebate is mailed to the address provided for the credit to appear on your account. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Weekly Prize: Thirty dollars ($30) each. ARV of all Weekly Prizes: thirty thousand dollars ($30,000).

First Prize: Twenty (20) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) 50″ HDTV (Exact make and model to be determined by Sponsor). ARV of First Prize: One thousand dollars ($1,000) each. ARV of all First Prizes: twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following three (3) trip packages:

a) Grand Prize Trip #1: “30 Rock” Walk On Role:
The Grand Prize Trip #1 consists of: Round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport in or near New York, NY; hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double occupancy room and tax only) for three (3) days/ two (2) nights for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (“NY Hotel”) (NY Hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Grand Prize Winner only (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner). During the trip the Grand Prize Winner (only) will receive an opportunity to participate in a non-speaking appearance as an extra (“Walk On Role”) at the taping of an upcoming episode of NBCUniversal’s show “30 Rock” (“Upcoming Episode”) (actual Upcoming Episode to be chosen by NBCUniversal at its sole discretion). Trip includes ground transportation to the NY Hotel from the airport in New York, NY for Grand Prize Winner and Guest upon arrival, from NY Hotel to the airport in New York, NY upon departure, and to/from the taping location of Walk On Role and Hotel. ARV of Walk On Role: zero dollars ($0). Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip #1: Three thousand four hundred dollars ($3,400). Actual value may vary based on point of departure. b) Grand Prize Trip #2: Trip for two (2) to Universal Orlando® Resort:
The Grand Prize Trip #2 consists of: Round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport in or near Orlando, FL; hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double occupancy room and tax only) for four (4) days/ three (3) nights for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel or another on-site hotel of Universal Orlando Resort’s choosing (“FL Hotel”) (FL Hotel to be determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider (in their sole discretion); ground transportation to FL Hotel from the Orlando, FL airport for Grand Prize Winner and Guest upon arrival, and from FL Hotel to the Orlando, FL airport upon departure; three (3)-Day/two (2)-Park Tickets for both Universal Orlando Theme Parks for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; and one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Grand Prize Winner only (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner). Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip #2: Three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200). Actual value may vary based on point of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. (See Grand Prize Trip Restrictions in Sections 6b and 7 below).

c) Grand Prize Trip #3: Universal Pictures Movie Premiere and After Party:
The Grand Prize Trip #3 consists of: Two (2) tickets to a Universal Pictures’ 2011 or 2012 Movie Premiere and After Party (exact movie premiere to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Subject to availability of space and at Universal Pictures’ Discretion); Round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest location of movie premiere (location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room/double occupancy room and tax only) for three (3) days/ two (2) nights for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (“Hotel”) (Hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation to the Hotel from the destination airport for Grand Prize Winner and Guest upon arrival, from Hotel to the airport upon departure, and to/from the Premiere and After Party and Hotel; and one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Grand Prize Winner only (awarded in the form of a check). Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip #3: Three thousand four hundred dollars ($3,400). Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. (See Grand Prize Trip Restrictions in Sections 6c and 7 below).

Total ARV of the Grand Prize: ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
