Eligibility : The YellowPages Discover Share Rock Sweepstakes is open to individuals legally residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Between 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 27, 2009, and 11:59 a.m. ET on June 30, 2009 (“Promotion Period”)

How To Enter :

1. Download the new YELLOWPAGES.COM App for your iPhone, search for “Lollapalooza” in “Chicago, IL” and share the search result page by email with win@yp.com from your iPhone. Receipt of the email by win@yp.com will result in one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may register up to one (1) time via this method of entry; or
2. Send an email to win@yp.com with the words “ENTER ME” in the subject line.

Limit : Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of four (4) tickets to Lollapalooza, that runs from August 7 through August 9, 2009, at Grant Park in Chicago, IL (with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $ 3,400); four (4)-night hotel stay at The Fairmont Chicago in a 2-room suite (ARV: $4,300), spa treatments at The Fairmont Chicago (ARV: $800), transportation to and from airport in Chicago (ARV:$ 300), four (4) round-trip coach-class airline tickets between a major U.S. airport near the winner’s primary residence (as determined by AT&T) and Chicago (ARV $2,000), and a $3,500 check. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $14,300.
