Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding California and Utah), who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on January 22, 2011, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 17, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. ET
