Eligibility : Submitting a video in this Contest is open to persons who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, at least eighteen (18) years of age, and who are registered users of www.youtube.com  (including all mirror or derivative sites, and all replacement or successor versions thereof) (“YouTube Site”) (“Registered User”).

Promotion Period : The “Dr Pepper Cherry YouTube Dance Studio” Contest (“Contest”) begins June 15, 2010 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Contest Period”)

Limit : Limit three (3) Video Submissions per Registered User.

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize consists of a 5 day/4 night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA. Grand Prize Winner and guest will spend a day with Jon M. Chu and participate in his dance workshop. While in Los Angeles, the Grand Prize Winner may also have the chance to appear in a future shoot for an Ultra Records music video. Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest to Los Angeles, CA from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, a minimum of 6 consecutive hours with Jon M. Chu, participation in a Jon M. Chu dance workshop, ground transfers to/from hotel/Jon M. Chu dance workshop, and a chance for the Grand Prize Winner to appear in an Ultra Records music video shoot. If the Grand Prize Winner is able to participate in the Ultra Records music video shoot, the Sponsor and Ultra Records do not guarantee that the Grand Prize Winner will appear in the final production version of any Ultra Records music video. Ultra Records’ decision on whether or not to include the Grand Prize Winner in the final production version of any Ultra Records music video is final and unappealable. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $5,000.

Winners :The name of the Grand Prize Winner will be posted on the “Dr Pepper Cherry YouTube Dance Studio” Contest Website (www.youtube.com/dancestudio) on or about August 31, 2010.
