Eligibility:  To enter the Kids’ Choice Slime of Your Life Sweepstakes you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian prior to entering and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and (ii) be between the ages of nine (9) and sixteen (16) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on February 12, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 22, 2016.

Limit: Limit one (1) entry per calendar day per person/household/email address.

Prize:

One (1) grand prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package for Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Trip Package shall consist of the following:

• (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA;
• (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one (1) room, quad occupancy, room and tax only),
• (iii) round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and to the Event (as defined below);
• (iv) four (4) general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards live event scheduled to take place on March 29, 2014 ;
• (v) opportunity for GP Winner to walk the orange carpet immediately prior to the Event;
• (vi) a place for the GP Winner to watch the Event in an area near the stage known as the “slime pit”, and,
• (vii) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check).
